Call for Papers Describing Systems Participating in the PolEval 2025 Tasks

We invite all PolEval 2025 participants to submit papers describing their submitted solutions and obtained results. We plan to publish the papers in a volume devoted to this year’s edition of PolEval 2025 in the ACL Anthology. Below you will find the submission details – please read them carefully.

Submission Information

Papers will be submitted via the OpenReview platform (the link to the site will be sent to competition participants on November 18, 2025).

Important Dates

All deadlines are given in Polish time: 23:59 CET.

   

Paper submission

18 November – 8 December 2025

Verification and revisions

9–14 December 2025

Camera-ready deadline

15 December 2025

Because we want to publish the volume with papers later this year, the above deadlines will not be extended unless serious technical issues occur. 

Paper Details

  • Language: English

  • Length: minimum 4 pages of content, maximum 8 pages; unlimited pages for references

  • Template: use the LaTeX template compliant with the official ACL style: https://github.com/acl-org/acl-style-files

  • Content: 

- system description (architecture, implementation, data and models used, etc.)

- evaluation (results, comparative analysis, conclusions, etc.)

  • Authorship and affiliations: the paper should include the names and affiliations of all authors (papers will not be submitted anonymously!)

  • Copyright: after acceptance, authors will be asked to sign a consent form for publication in the PolEval 2025 proceedings.

Review Process

To meet the quality requirements for publication in the ACL Anthology, papers will undergo peer review between 9–14 December 2025. The acceptance notifications and reviews will be sent to the authors via the OpenReview system. Authors of accepted papers are required to take the reviewers' comments and suggestions into account when preparing the final version of their papers.
